The Town of Hearst has moved into the 21st century with a centre-hung virtual video scoreboard by The Scoreboard Man & Nevco . The project, driven by the Director of Parks and Recreation, Guy Losier (known as the “Legend”) was launched in the summer of 2019. In a very short period of time Guy raised the funds within the community for the project.

The goal was to have the new system installed before the end of 2019. With tremendous cooperation from the Town, community volunteers and the outstanding commitment of the Nevco Team, the new high tech scoreboard hosted its first game on Thursday November 14th against the Timmins Rock.
The scoreboard system operated flawlessly, and the Lumberjacks emerged victorious over the Timmins Rock for a great introduction of the new system.

The full colour video screen acts as virtual scoreboard and can stream live action, run instant replays and pump up the the in-game experience for fans, enhancing the whole atmosphere at the Claude Larose Recreation Complex.

We are a proud factory representative of Nevco products who has provided facilities with the highest quality scoring and display products in the industry for more than 80 years.
